| I. Background | |
| GPCR 是一類廣泛分布于細(xì)胞表面的膜蛋白，具有 7 個(gè)疏水跨膜片段的特征，是人體 中最大、最多樣化的受體蛋白家族。GPCR 超家族的典型結(jié)構(gòu)由三部分組成:細(xì)胞外氨基末 端、7 個(gè)疏水跨膜片段和細(xì)胞內(nèi)羧基末端。當(dāng)各種細(xì)胞外配體(如激素、趨化因子、神經(jīng)遞 質(zhì)、自分泌激素和酶)與 GPCR 結(jié)合時(shí)，它會(huì)引起受體的構(gòu)象變化。這些構(gòu)象變化進(jìn)一步導(dǎo) 致 GPCR 與異源三聚體 G 蛋白相互作用，從而產(chǎn)生許多細(xì)胞生理功能。 GPR75 屬于視紫紅質(zhì)樣家族中的 GPCR 家族的一員。GPR75 基因在腦組織中表達(dá)量最 高；然而，最近的研究表明，GPR75 在大多數(shù)人體組織中表達(dá)，包括大腦、心臟、腎臟和 前列腺。 |
